Meet the Catalyst Team

Jane McDowell, based in Chicago, Illinois, directs all search activity for Catalyst Recruitment Partners. She is responsible for all client relationships, business strategy and development, and search execution. 

Jane has over twenty years of executive search experience, and concentrates on Executive, Management, and Technical searches within the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Manufactured Goods, Medical Products, and Biotechnology industries. 

Her personal career includes seven years with a global executive search firm as Consultant and Practice Leader and over fifteen years in senior management positions within manufacturing companies in both Europe and the United States. Her functional experience includes: Research and Development, Operations, Sales and Marketing, and General Management. 

She is a graduate of the Royal Society of Chemistry and holds an Executive M.B.A from the Dartmouth Tuck School of Business. 

Allison is one of Catalyst’s dedicated Talent Sourcing Managers. She is responsible for supporting the recruiting team by conducting candidate research, handling candidate and prospect outreach, communication, and internal interview arrangements. Professional, confidential, responsive.

Allison joined the Catalyst team in 2019. She has a background in customer service and business management; and she holds a degree in English and Secondary Education from St. Ambrose University.

Kath is one of Catalyst’s dedicated Talent Sourcing Managers.  She is responsible for supporting the recruiting team by conducting candidate research, handling candidate and prospect outreach, communication, and internal interview arrangements. Professional, confidential, responsive.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Kath took a career break to raise her family and previously worked as an Executive Administrator for a multinational food manufacturer.
