Proactive Succession Planning

We all hope that our clients have a robust succession planning process. In reality, we know that however good this plan is, executive changes can mean an external search is necessary and, as a consequence, time is required to identify, recruit, and hire the right candidate. Frequently this time has a lost opportunity cost to the business.
